I have no Idea what I have

Aaight I've been having huge diffulcities with my computer. I've run a spyware scan and also a virus scan, and the only thing that I've found is a spyware called winfixer, I have run everything possibile to get rid of winfixer and I don't have any of the "symptoms" of this Winfixer virus, here are some of the things that have been happening
1)when I try opening one program it opens a TOTALLY different one that has nothing to do with the selected program.
2)Internet explorer will lock up and give me errors that I now aren't there.
3)popup error messages.
4) ALOT of lockups, now I know that this is a Windows special but I've never seen it this bad,
5) No virus scan will find it except 1, called Safe and secure,


I have gone into my regrestries and done searches for everything I can think of, and nothing has helped,
Anyoe have any ideas

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around.

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:

• CounterSpy
• AVG Antispyware Log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy
• Bitdefender - from step 6
• Panda Scan - from step 6
• runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
• newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
