i have problem with my toshiba recovery discs

    hi anyone can help me i want to reformat my toshiba satellite using my recovery discs . but i have this major error its always says that error 03-EEEE-000. sorry if i made this massegs in a wrong section im newbie here... please i really need your help.. tteach me step by step thanks and advance..
