I have some virus, don't know what to do

I keep getting messages that I have a virus, but the windows don't look like they are from any antivirus program I have, it looks like part of the virus itself, and I've run AVG once so far but they still keep coming up and opening Internet Explorer, even when I say "no" or "cancel" when it asks to remove the virus. My clock in the right bottom corner is now in military time and also says "VIRUS ALERT!" by the time. When I click on the Start button the Programs tab is missing so I can't start any programs and my main hard drive isn't listed in My Computer, it's gone. I'm running AVG again, but is there something more I can do?

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
