i care lol i know how yea feel its always been some unknowen show being released on dvd box sets but now its airwolfs turn i think it will sell like hot cakes i tell you one think i bet i will get it because i preordered it

 

I used to watch airwolf religiously when I was 8..lol.

 

thats ok kodo but i beleave it was the last show jmv did befor he had his break down you cant tell me you dont miss the biggest, blackest, most awesomely-powered, rocket, chaingun, missile-laden helicopter in the whole wide world?

 

yeah, when he coked out, the show went to poop. I still do like the chopper. but My favorite is the Apache

 

i tell you one thing if i had the money i would have a bell-222 moded to look like the lady and a bell-206 that has the same paint job as the santini Air chopper

 

he did not make the show go to poop lol it was because lack of money the show was moved to canada and JMV, ernest and alex cord did not want to move so they had to kill them off so thats when it went to poop

 

Vaguely remember that the first Airwolf was an 18 cert.... n then the rest = Knight Rider / Streethawk with a helicopter instead.. lol

What i DO remember was an episode which i think was a feature length where Moffet (Charles henry i think), the creater of Airwolf, who had been killed in the pilot.. no pun intended lol... had linked some auto destruct thing if he didnt send regular signals to the on board computer.

Musta been a good un for the details to stick all these years lol

 

yea the one your talking about is called Moffet's ghost its where he thought he would lose control of airwolf so he had a trojen virus in so to say and it would distroy its self and start a nuke war

Wow, that did not take very long at all! The well-known classic television show Airwolf, starring Jan-Michael Vincent and Ernest Borgnine, and created by Don Bellisario, has been highly anticipated on DVD for quite some time now. And we were pleased to friends at The Digital Bits just within the past two weeks that said a DVD was finally en route.

This morning Universal made it official, stating that Airwolf - Season 1 would hit home on May 24th List price for Airwolf is $39.98 for a 2-DVD set running just a few minutes under 10 hours. That sounds like enough time to include the "Shadow of the Hawke" pilot telefilm in addition to the 10 regular episodes of the short first season, but Universal hasn't verified the exact contents just yet. The only other thing we really know is the specs, which are full frame video, English mono sound, and subtitles in English, French, and Spanish.
