I Just Need Someone To Tell Me What To Set My $&!^ At!

Hi. I have been reading the guides and I still don't understand the one time I tried changing bios settings my system crashed. I NEED HELP!

Specs:

MSI 865pe Neo FIS2R
2.8c Northwood p4 800 ht
4 GB corsair XMS 3200c2pt
PNY geforce 6600gt (sad I know.)

Can someone tell me what to set

FSB
DDR (timings and speeds please) 2-3-3-6 are the ones from corsair
AGP aperature
DDR and AGP voltage
and anything else I probably haven't thought of would be much appreciated!
