I know nothing about Hardware - Graphics card comparison

Which of the following is better?

320 MB GeForce GTS 8800
512 MB GeForce GT 8800

I know the GT is pretty new, but I cant find any benchmarks on line to compare the two. thanks to all who reply.

I was looking at bench marks etc and the gt came in just above in most tests and uses less power heres a link

8800gt has the upper hand atm, but i heard that theres going to be a new version of gts soon thats gonna have more shader processors
