I may know where to start now, but how?

    I called my ISP and they wlaked me through some stuff and found out that my Internet Explore cipher strentgh is 0-bit and should be 128-bit. How do i fix.........

    Ooops...I should have posted this with my original problem. You can find it about 10 threads down....sorry about this I am not new to my computer but this is the first major glitch in 6 yrs.....

    cazmart just PM'd me that the link info was what he/she needed, and that the download worked.

    Just thought I'd close this one out. I didn't do it. Microsoft did it. cazmart just couldn't find the answer in Microsoft's files.
