I need a tad bit of help.

Ello, My name is lukas and I was wondering if you could help me.
I had a virus, and I ran avg, it couldnt fix it, I ran Avast, it didnt fix it,
then I ran spybot S&D it couldnt take care of it, so befor doing in manually
I finaly used Trend Micro House call. It seems it got rid of it since spybot or
anything else isnt picking it up anymore, but my computer is still acting a bit
wierd. So I was wondering if you could tell me if Im clean or not?
