i need help again!

    i hav asked before if a certain laptop would be able to run a game with these requirements-

    * CD-ROM: 8X CD-ROM
    * CPU: 1.6 Ghz
    * Hard Drive Space: 6000 MB
    * DVD-ROM: 8X DVD-ROM
    * Other: DVD-ROM drive (for the Collector's Edition) <br />64 MB GeForce3-class video card. The game only officially supports cards with ATI (Radeon 8500 or greater) and Nvidia chipsets, and the Intel GMA 900 and GMA 950 products. The GeForce 4 MX is not suppor
    * RAM: 512 MB RAM
    * Video Memory: 64 MB VRAM


    now will this computer be able to run a game with those requirements?
    computer stats -

    Intel Pentium 4 517 Processor
    - 2.93GHz, 533MHz FSB, 1MB Cache
    - 1024MB DDR RAM
    - 80GB Hard Disk Drive
    - Multi-Format Dual Layer DVD RW Drive
    - 256MB nVidia GeForce LE Graphics
    - Built-in TV Tuner + Remote Control
    - 8-In-1 Media Card Reader
    - Microsoft Windows XP Media Center
    - 19" Xerox Flat Panel Monitor


    yes i am a noob but i want to no the answer to this question...
    please help

    Yes but are those the min or suggested hardware specs?

    But what game? is it the same LOTR Battle for Middle Earth 2 as in your other thread?

    yes, those are the recommended requirements, and yes it is the same game :)

    If those are the recomended specs then yes you tick the boxes to running that game, cannot tell you how quick or how smooth as I dont have that game or those PC specs BUT it will run.

    The PC you list do the seller/retailer state which nVidia Gforce LE card it is, their are a few ie. 6200, 6600, 7300 and is it AGP or PCI-E ( PCI Express ) ?


    However a note at the bottom of the EA Page for LOTR BFMEII urges for full setting sin gameplay ( graphics and speed )


    so that spec will play it but maybe just not quite at the best... but no doubt playable.


    Hunt down some reviews of the game as they may show some specs on the PC in which the reviewer used.
