    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

If someone has intercepted one password, they may have gotten others. You should change ALL of your passwords especially for financial related sites. If you use this PC to access bank accounts or credit card accounts or to buy anything, you should check with all financial institutions for an illegal activity. DO NOT USE this PC to do any password changing or to access any accounts. Change them from another secure PC.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
      • Bitdefender
      • Panda Scan
      • HijackThis

Sorry for not following the correct procedure - I took note of the link

READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

and did all steps with all the different scans & have got the files.

I got a bit worried that someone had my passwords and I was unable to get to a secure computer fast. So I also reformated my PC - I am not sure though if this would have removed the Malmare compeletly or not?

It was a KeyLogger - ProAgent that I orginally found.

    Thanks William

Only two items show as possible problems in your online scan logs:

    C:\Documents and Settings\William Reid\My Documents\My Programs\AVICodecPackPlus2.exe
    C:\Documents and Settings\William Reid\My Documents\My Programs\avmusicmorphergoldv2.0.97patchdevotion.zip

    Consider deleting these file.

Also note that you still need to get all your passwords/user accounts changed for your own security. You also need to get this PC better protected. All the steps in the below should be followed which includes getting a real firewall installed.
