I need help please:(

    I am having a hard time opening my mozzila fire fox browser, every time I go try to open the browser I get a runtime error,
    ProgramC:/ProgramFiles/Mozzila FireFox/FireFox.Ex
    and it goes on to say this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
    what is wrong please help:confused: :confused: :confused:

    have you tried reinstalling firefox?

    I tried uninstalling mozilla fire fox from the add remove programs and it will not budge I am stummped?
