I need help removing malware...??

    Hi.
    Can anyone help me get rid of the viruses on my computer? I've tried removing them with anti-spyware programmes, but for some reason they dont seem to work anymore...

    I did a 'hijack this' scan and have been told to attach the results, so please find them attached if you can help....
