i need help to formate my pc (vista)

Hi,

My pc have been slow for a few days, i have a looooot of documents anywhere and that i don't use, i got a blue screen of the death and i am not patient, so i decided to formate my pc,
but I don't know what touch I have to press and I don't know how to save my bookmarks (for mozilla firefox), could you help me please?
And my USB flash drive is little (i got it free at school), so is it possible to save my documents without one?

Where are you planning to save all these documents if your USB stick is small?
Perhaps you should go through the "documents" you have all over the place on your computer and delete the ones you do not use.
After that run CCleaner and then Puran Defrag.

I did that but there are still too many documents :banghead
and also what should I do about the touch and the bookmarks?

Bookmarks can be exported easily.
Bookmarks, then Organize Bookmarks, then Import and Backup and lastly either Backup or Export HTML. You point Mozilla where you wanted them backed up or exported. I save mine on a floppy disk but a USB works too.
