I need help with a TROJAN!!!!

Hey guys!

I need someones help!! I am running Windows XP professional and I have been infected by the trojan "Trojan.Downloader.Small.CML" It is detected 10 times by "noadware" but everytime I reboot it comes back. I have run a few suggested programs with no success. I will post my HiJackThis log. Note that before I ran that, I ran AVG in safe mode and quarantined a number of trojans. I also ran "smitfraud" in Safe mode and I have logs for both of those. I then returned to normal mode and ran HiJackThis. Here are the logs...please help!!!

You did not rename HJT as requested. It should be:
C:\Program Files\HJT\analyse.exe

Now:

1. Download this file - Combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it will produce a log for you. Attach this log to your next reply

Note:

Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

When you come back, please attach the logs for:
ShowNew
GetRunKeys
HJT
ComboFIx
