I need Help with Incredimail

Hi!
Couple of weeks ago I download the new build of Incredimail which is 4000 since then I can't send or receive any mails instead I receive this message
"Socket Error: 10061, Port: 465, Protocol: SMTP. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refuse it."

The strange thing is that I do have connection to the Internet and also when I boot my computer to a safe mode connected to the Internet Incredimail work perfectly fine?
I already contact customer support but after trying so many things I'm about to give up.
Does anybody in here can help me resolve this problem?

Have you tried to change the port settings. I found this article on alternative port settings, I'm not real familiar with incredimail but it may be worth a shot.

I for one could not even access there web site -timed out error. So I pinged and managed.
Down loaded the installer and ran it.

Got an error:- Unable to down load installation script!!!

Could be my ISP or their server.

I'ts installer has lodged a short cut on my desk top. Incredimail did prompt me to use it to try running setup again. Not going there, going straight to Revo. Wait for more answers. Cheers..

Yeah! I never have any problem with Incredimail everything starts when I upgraded.
