i need help with my web browser

    hi iam new to the site and i could use some help i have a problem with my browser i can't access certain search engines it comes up page can not be displayed. now i followed various malware removal guides from this site and the problem continues. so then i did a system restore back to like 3 months before i had the problem and certain search engines started working but google or any of it's own sites like youtube still don't work i've called my internet provider today they could not help me and my computer manufacturer wants me pay like $100 dollars to talk to them for 30 mins please help this problem is getting very annoying if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated thanx in advance

    edit: i tried reinstalling the browser and i tried firefox problem persists

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.


    READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide
    • If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
    Notes:
    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

    i cured the problem with the search engines a while ago but ihave a new problem my computer registers that it recieves the wirless signal from my network but when i open internet explorer or firefox i get page can not be displayed also limewire still works

    recently it stop registering that the connection to the wifi thing was even ther it connects and then disconnects right away i've had this problem for about a month now any inpput is greatly appreciated because if i could fix this i'd rather not pay some IT guy $90 an hour
