I need help

I've tried running Read & Run Me First and can't run the Mgtools. I get a message "C:\MGtools.exe Only part of a Read Process Memory or Write Process Memory request was completed". I also keep getting an error message "Windows Internet Explorer Cannot find'file:///C:Windows/privacy-danger/index.htm'.make sure the path or internet address is correct" I have now restarted my PC and I fear have undone everything I've done up to this point. AVG anit-spyware found spyware in my Volume Archive and could not quarantine it. Where do I go from here. Attached is the report from one scan. The process also renamed the picture on my desktop to Last Scan. Thank you for your help

 

Hi Tim, Thanks very much for your help. I down loaded and installed the Webroot Firewall and found my computer infected with Trojan-Ace-X. After running Microsoft Repair Tool, Spysweeper, AVG Spyware, Combofix and then Spysweeper again, my PC appears to be trojan free and running well. I have not run the MGtool because I don't think I need to bother you anymore at this time. Major Geeks was a really big help as I did not know where to begin. Thanks again, your help was really appreaciated.
