I need help!!!!

I need some help. ASAP. I have tried again to navigate through your site but it is set up for geeks and I'am not. But I know from past experience you guys rule.
Although the some of your pictures really could be alot better especially the guy with the tounge- take my word for it. That is not alluring.

I ran some of the programs that are suppose to be freeware and they are not free wouldn't remove what they found.

Can you help me with this?

Hi there, I am not a geek either, but if you are able to understand and follow directions, you should be able to do the steps in this sticky>>> http://forum.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407 I used this and asked for help with things I could not complete on my own and I am now clean and intend to stay that way. have patience and follow exactly what they say and you can do it too

 

BTW it also helps to know what problems you are having and be as specific as possible and they can and will get you out of trouble.

 

What Malware symptoms are you experiencing?

After following the sticky mentioned by Ray and you still have a problem.

Make sure you have HijackThis 1.99.1 and follow the guidelines on where to install it and how to post a log as an ATTACHMENT.

Now post a Hijack This log as an ATTACHMENT to your message (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post). Please close unnecessary running programs before you run HijackThis. bj, should I be directing them to both links to start with? I'm not an expert, just trying to help out a little in here, you people bailed me out so I'm just trying to save you a little time for other things, or should I just stay out of the way? You guys are great but your site is not black & white for those of us who are out here. You are in a higher level. I have no problem with that. But when i want to knock on your door you have to make a sign that says enter here or talk to me here. Your knock here just leads you round and round. And I consider myself an intelligent person. Damn I have been back in school for the last 2 years and I am still behind on this site.

My problem started last year if you guys keep your records you will have it. I own and operate Vintage Trading CO and it looks like a rag right now because every time I turn around something has been done to the site. I have spent 1k+ for help in the last several months and nobody has been able to do anything.

I dont know what I have but Norton is up to date and not getting, or any of the others that I tried.

I am by no means in a higher level than anyone, just started fighting this crap last month, but like I said, if you can read and follow directions, do what bjgarrick has directed. up until the end on the Vintage\ everyting is ok no it is not because everything should be / slashed???

TrendMicro Online Virus Scan

Note: Dont be afraid to remove files detected by AntiVirus programs like Norton. If it detects it then it needs to be deleted.


After you do this online virus scan procede to attaching me a HJT log.

how do I turn on private messages?

 

Click on User CP (User Control Panel) on the top menu bar. Once in the User Control Panel, on the left in the menu look for Edit Options. Its about half way down.
