    cant download aol says portman file is missing ? I need help

    hi and could you give us some more info as to this error, sadly doing a search for that file only finds references to Natalie Portman... as nice as she is its not going to help me/us find you a fix.

    Is it you cannot download AOL or is it you cannot download via AOL? ( just slightly confuzed!![sic] )

    Have you scanned for Virii and Spyware?

    Have you re-installed AOL?

    Could you take a screenshot of that error and post it here?

    Information like what your Operation System version is, what your trying to download will help us.

    i can not open aol after download. but it wont say why the screen flashes on really fast then its gone. i had win98 and win98se reinstalled because my computer crashed.now it will not take aol
