I need lpt6.wsl off my machine

Hello again: I went thru the steps chaslang listed for me, thank you by the way.
My browser is mozilla so the panda stuff wouldn't run. The local computer shop worked on this problem for around 6 hours and was unable to remove this very nasty trojan, as he put it. At this point any help would be great. Trend-micro found Troj_Renos.bp, ADW_Hotbar.ag, spyware_keyl_plagent, and TSPY_small. All of which were deleted? I hope.

Both BitDefender and Panda ACtiveScan are to be run from Internet Explorer, which is installed on your computer. We need those logs.
