I Need "major" Help I Have Serious Issue's

Guys I've Done Everything I Know How To Do In My Power. I Have Sder4gh.dll. And Exe Probs I Ran Bit Defender And Have A Scan Report It Dosent Look Good I Have 157 Problems And 27 Known Viruses I Have That Sder4gh.dll. That Shuts Down Windows When I Click Ok But If I Dont Click Ok And Move Box To The Bottom Of The Screen I Can Keep Working,i Also Have No Animation Or Pictures To View On Web Pages So Im Hurtin Over Here..i Also Tryed Reinstalling Windows Again So Please Help Me Geeks Please..

Posting multiple threads will not get you faster attention ...I have deleted all of them and suggest that you follow the instructions given and as this is totally a voluntary service, have patience!

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

Downloading, Installing, and Running HijackThis
Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around.

When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:

CounterSpy

AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy

Bitdefender - from step 6

Panda Scan - from step 6

runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat

newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat

HijackThis

NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!

You did not rename HJT as instructed!!
C:\PROGRAM FILES\HIJACKTHIS\HIJACKTHIS.EXE --> C:\PROGRAM FILES\HIJACKTHIS\ANALYSE.EXE

And we need you to attach these logs:

CounterSpy

ok tim ty for letting me know someone is out here whew ok i had all i could do to find a version of winzip that would take to this stupid os im running windows me tell me how much fun im having..ok i just downloaded counterspy 1.5 because for some reason it wouldnt let me,im having script errors too lol,ok im sorry for not renaming the jack program so again sorry bro and im going to run counter right now thanks again
