I need some help

yeah ok for the past forever i have been trying to deal with this virus, malware whatever an infection of some sort i have getting popups and my browsers homepage is this website:

i can change it but whenever i log back on it comes back up..i also have three icons that pop up on my desktop...same thing with them..i can get rid of them but when i get off and then log on again the fricken things come back..o and my internet explorer doesnt work, im stuck with aol browser now..
