i need some major help

ok well first off i've been getting pop-ups like crazy, so i checked in add remove programs i deleted mysidesearch, downloaded avg 8.0 and spybot search and destroy, ran them nothing. secondly my firefox will only load to the firefox/google default homepage which wasn't happening before, like if i type any other address it will just sit there. I got here and removed all the programs that were on that long list of malware but i still am getting pop-ups and firefox is still not working, and ie is running super slow

help?
