I need some serious help.

The other day may computer started running slow and then I took off some unnecessary programs and the computer shut off and wouldn't turn on for about 24 hours. Both before and after this happened whenever I would try to open my task manager or my regedit, they close immediately. I went to the "READ THIS FIRST" post and whenever I click on the CCleaner link my browser goes to the page and then immediately closes, same think if I google it or go to the download page. So I am pretty much helpless and am about to just reinstall windows and start over here. Any advice or ideas would be appreciated.
