Can someone take a look at my hijack log, too. I bought Norton used 6 or 7 different spy/adware programs still doesn't fix it. My comp is running really slowly, yahoo dsl keeps closing, and Norton can't modify the registry.

Please start a new thread and be specific to what you have attempted. Regardless of how many programs you purchased, you need to do our tutorial first. Its all free tools and it works better then any tools you bought. Thanks!

I split Kali off to his own thread MA. It's cleaner that way!

So Kali, just run the steps of the sticky thread that MA gave you and use this thread to post all related information.

Help please. I have spyware.

I have just about every anti- anything program i could find. I got Norton but it can't modify my registry; so it is not fully installed. Everytime I use DSL Yahoo, after a while it shuts down. Tried to reinstall and now I can't install the concection manager. I have a hijack this log if someone could please look at it.

As MA, RayDunne and I stated. The first required steps is

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus RemovalMake sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

When you complete all of the steps and not before then we will see about posting a HijackThis log.

That does not mean you ran all the items we requested, as we requested (i.e, safe mode etc) and in the exact order we requested, and with the versions of software we specify.
