i need spooler service

    I deleted all of the spooler files after ending the process tree for spoolsv.exe thinking they were suspicious files and now I found out that I need them in order to install a printer. Does anybody know where I can get these files? I tried searching for downloads of it, but I haven't had any luck finding any. I also tried doing system restore, but I can't restore my computer at all.

    If they are in the recycle bin try restoring them.

    This should replace any missing Windows components if you've emptied they recycle bin already and can't use system restore.

    I guess I'll have to buy a new XP CD because I don't have mine.
