I need y help

Hi there,
I’m writhing this after I’ve done all procedures ( 1 to 7 ) lots of items had been removed, except for three , as per PandaScan ( see att).
My problem start when I try to uninstall old program WinRar.
I could not see it in Add/Remove Programs, so I went to Start/Programs and there was option to “uninstall”, in the middle of uninstalling I got message “Detected Virus”.
I got this warning by using AVG Free addition.
I could not put it into Quarantine or Fix it, the only option was to click on “Ignore”, I did not take this option.
I had this pop up going up every few minutes.

So, I uninstall AVG and I install Norton, I know Norton won’t show this virus ( it was installed after infection).
Can u check and get rid off this virus , I could not get the name of this virus.
Please see three atts. 1st is Hijack before I started all this procedures,2nd is Panda and the last one is Hijack after I went thru all the procedures.

 

Copy the contents of the below quote box to Notepad; Save As FixReg.reg to your Desktop. Close Notepad. DO NOT run FixReg just yet. We will run that in safe mode latter.

Scan with HijackThis and fix teh following line:

REBOOT to Safe Mode.

Open Windows Explorer and delete the following file:

Now locate FixReg.reg on your Desktop. Double-click it and answer 'Yes' when asked if you want to merge with the registry.

REBOOT to Normal Mode.

Post a fresh HijackThis log.
