I need your expertise!

My computer is currently being ravaged by spyware. I'm not even making this post from it because IE automatically gets an error and needs to be closed when i open it and firefox won't even load up a window. I am constantly getting popups from icannews.com and adware.aurora and others keep getting detected by norton. I tried removing the icannews active X with HijackThis but it didn't help. Attached is my most recent logfile. I'm afraid I don't really know what I'm doing so I was told to post a log file and let the pros help me out. Thanks for the help!
