I Ran Rogue Killer And Item Will Not Delete... Wajam???

How do I kill it ???

What is it? How did I get it and how bad am I screwed?

You can remove Wajam with AdwCleaner.

I suggest you restart your PC in Safe Mode and then run AdwCleaner.
