I really dont get it, and I am exhausted trying

I believe I may have a virus and have tired everything that I know. I believe that it is a csrss.exe trojan. I have ran all the virus and malware software I have and they will not pick up on it. The code that I am getting right now is as follows; C:\windows\system32\csrss.exe application cannot run in win32 mode. I have tried researching this for the past day and a half and I am completely lost. Also I cant access the internet in safe mode so I continue to let this thing eat away at my computer while I desperately try to find the answer. If anyone can help me I would be so grateful!

 

Well after trying some different things on different computers I believe I am supposed to get this error. I MAY have jumped to some conclusions when I was researching some key words and they popped up virus, or Trojan. So that is pretty embarrassing. As probably everyone can tell I am completely new with all of this. Please chuck this one up to a good laugh at a newbie.
