I Really need help as soon as please

The protocol is pretty much the same for Win 10. One of the mods has just trialled it out for us and she said it's basically the same if not easier to do. Just run the all of the instructions and attach the requested logs:

• Malware Bytes
• RogueKiller
• TDSSKiller
• Hitman Pro
• MGTools

 

MGtools will not work properly yet because the version of Windows will not be recognized. I will attempt to fix this once I get a copy of the output of the version string from Windows 10. So ignore the use of MGtools for now. Kestrel13! can give you instructions on getting a log from OTL instead. But first you need to run the other 4 tools.

 

Now please download OTL by OldTimer.

• Save it to your desktop.
• Double-click on the OTL icon on your desktopto run it. (Note: if using Vista, Win7 or Win8 use right-click and select Run as Administrator)
• Check the "Scan All Users" checkbox.
• Check the "Standard Output".
• Change the setting of "Drivers" and "Services" to "All"
• Copy the text in the code box below and paste it into the http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/66/otlcustomfix.png text-field.

• One report will be created:
  • OTL.txt <-- Will be opened
• Attach OTL.txt to your next message. (How to attach)
• Also attach Extras.txt
