I really need help

Basically, after I reboot my computer, I get about 5 minutes before my computer turns into a vegetable and I can't click on anything. I can't exit out of anything, start any programs, nor go to the task manager window, nothing at all. Meaning I can't do a bitdefender or panda scan because I don't have enough time for it to finish before my computer just completely becomes useless. I only have time to do a hijack this scan and write this message. I can't start in safe mode with networking and can't connect to the internet in safe mode. I have attached the hijack this log. I have done steps 1-5 numerous times and I still have the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
