i realy need help

hello it is my first time here and you guys got a very good site goin on here . but i have a major problem. posted it at fun motion first and those guy pointed me this way.my computer keeps getting all these eror pupups and i have a virus that wants me to install anti virus 2009 this has happend to me two times in the past it seems to be every where becuase ive tried to stay away from the other sites that i cuaght it from the thing wont let me open up my anti spyware program which is spybot S&D it usaully works but the last few times i got this over the past 2 years i had to wipe my hard drive and reinstall windows. it has an ! inside a yellow triangl and a white x inside a red circle. is there a way to fix this and not loose all my programs. oh yeah spy bot wont open and i got wrong version of windows for avg.
