I Signed Out Of Google And Now Cannot Sign In

I recently signed out of my Google account and now I cannot log into Google anymore. When I try I get a "Choose an Account" window and my user name appears. It is greyed out and next to it says "Signed out". When I hover the mouse over my user name the cursor turns into a pointing finger, and when I click on it nothing, absolutely nothing, happens.

The same thing happens when I attempt to sign in using two other computers.

How can I reactivate my account so I can sign in?

I can now log into google. Not sure what I did, but I think that after I cleared all google-related cookies I was able to sign in.

Since then, I haven't tried logging in using the two other computers.
