I think I am in trouble...

    I started following the steps for malware removal because my system was infected. Everything was going great until I got to Combofix. Combofix, somehow wiped out everything that I had such as control panel, internet explorer, microsoft word, etc; I can't access anything on the adminstrative page, but I am able to access everything on the other user pages. Please Help I really don't know what to do. I couldn't even save the logs or access other logs saved due to no access to anything. Thanks in advance Alicia

    I assume you mean that you can still access everything on the other user account. If so, please follow the Read and Run First Instructions on that account and just skip doing the ComboFix scan. Then attach the requested logs.
