I think I downloaded a virus today

I was sent an IM through MSN Live with a link that I thought was from a friend. So like an idiot I clicked on it. I'm sure now that I have downloaded a virus. A friend recommended I download Hijack This and ask for help deciphering the List. I don't know alot about computers so I was very overwhelmed when I saw the scan results. I have no idea what it all means. Can someone help me figure out if this list has any viruses on it? Thanks
