i think i have a malware problem

    bascially my laptop runs slower then usual.. i can connect to the internet but i cant go to any anti virus websites or malate websites... and i cant install programmes.. i tried some of the solutions on another thread to get logs to show u guys but my laptop doesnt let me download it
