I think I'm infected! Help please!

Would you please take a look at my HJThis log? I keep getting the following error when I try to browse my files:

and my IE explorer(6) takes forever to load. I just run ad-aware, spybot search and destroy, and HJThis(posted) my laptop info is as followand my HJthis log follows)
