I think my Card died

SO i was playing one of my games when out of the blue my screen turns black and i could still hear the game so i restarted my computer and on start up when the computer is first turn on there are green lines in the screen. Windows is loading but when loaded my monitor turns off. I can start the computer in Safe mode just fine im typing this in safe mod right now but i cant get into normal mode, did my Gcard die beacuse thats all i can think that happened

 

try reinstalling the drivers but if that doesnt help, it sounds like a dead card. Safe mode probably works because it isnt as visually demanding
