I tried everything, still can't remove

Something happend, its really annoying, its making my computer lag, and it put some stupid wallpaper with links up. Its The Spy Guard, and it tells me all this spyware and stuff that it detects, but When i run any Spy ware stuff (SpyBot, Ad-Aware SE personal 2004, A-squared)I cant find any of it. The really annoying part of it though, is it wont let me Access any tabs in my prefrences to change my wallpaper. Any help with getting rid of this would be highly appriciated.

 

I Should also mention, occasionaly a box pops up, Its name is Zaraza, it says "Run time error '53' : File not found" and it never happened before This wallpaper appeared. Once again, Thanks for any help you can give me.
