I use Verizon, looking for a clear sounding phone

I basically have a free Verizon account, but my phone sucks. It is a samsung, not for sure what style, but I am barely able to hear anyone through it.

Can anyone reccomend a Verizon phone that has decent volume and good sound quality?

This is something to look hard at and read reviews. Most phones are now phones last, pisses me off too. I use the new iPhone and love it personally. For example, Cnet for ages complained if a phone did not have internet or wi-fi then often spent little time on phone quality, but they review a lot of phones. I would take their reviews with a grain of salt (like most reviews with their bias) but again, your looking purely for phone call quality:

Not sure how Verizon does it but When buying from Sprint you purchase a phone and have up to 14 days to return it at no cost if you are not satisfied . I went through 4 phones in less than 14 days until I found the right one. I live in the forest so it had to have a good signal and sound. you might want to try asking about their return policy to see if you can do this. It can't hurt to ask.
