I Want A Certain Type Of Graphics Program

    I want to have the type of program (ideally frewware) that will allow me to have a spinning disc at one end then have some text in the middle and have the same spinning disc at the other end all as one image.

    Anybody know of the type of program that can let me do this?

    You actually want it to be spinning in the image. Like a .gif? Like: http://i51.tinypic.com/9i945f.gif

    Or just a picture of a spinning disc on both sides? If it is just a still image, Gimp is a great piece of free software for making edits.

    Don't tell me this is for a website.
