I want to build my own computer

IF it's not just pop out, you should be able to tap it with a hammer CAREFULLY, and then twist it out by hand or with aid of pliers. On the other side of the coin, I spent nearly an hour trying to twist it out.

The new plate will just snap in though. Or it should, if there are burrs from the old plate, you might want to file them off.

 

Almost screwed up , searching for a Graphics card and reading many reviews,I realized that I was going to need a PSU with at least 18A's on the 12 volt rail to support a PCI-E Card, w/ DDR3, going back and checking the Antec Smartpower 2.0, SP-500, I found that it wasn't going to have enough Amps (only 17 ) on the 12 Volt rail, so I will go with the Antec Truepower2, TP2-550, 550w ( +12v1=19a ) (+12v2=19a )

now - back to looking for a Graphics card !!

OK, could REALLY use some help, came across an article stating that the AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego was NOT compatable with the Asus A8N SLI Premium MOBO, I Googled this and found quite a few articles, some saying this combo was a problem, something to do with E3 stepping??, others say they have this combo and no problems what so ever, AMD's site did not recognize this MOBO as compatable and I could not get into Asus's site far enough to check for compatability - thought I had found a good combo but now I'm not sure, I was ready to buy when I found this, don't know what to do now - does anybody run this combo??? HELP !!!!

Some people might say different, but I think your best option would be to try and get the mobo, and processor as a combination instead of separate. That will insure that they work together or at least it should.
