i want to learn how to program

can someone please tell me if there is a pdf guide that would teach me how to program in java, and where i would download it? it would have to be very beginner-friendly.

Sorry, this is for javascript, not Java. I did a google search on "programming tutorials" and there are many out there, but none that I have tried.

I don't mean to sound rude but my first goal would be learn how to find the resources needed, such as google. Simple google of learn java will bring back tons of stuff, the most official site being sun's itself

Your going to run into many issues while learning to code java, unless you have a guru next to you, I would make sure you are familiar with google to lookup the errors and learn to work through the language.
