I have an older laptop that my three cookie munchers use and through their adventures on "them internets" the laptop has developed a bit of a flutter. I was hoping that there was a restraining bolt some where that I could remove. There is a constant onslaught of pop ups; like carpet bombs on an otherwise cheerful morning. I have followed, to my best, the guides you have provided. I have included the results of the "analyse.exe" program. Any and all advise would be returned with the emotional and electronic equivalent of fresh baked cookies and captain morgan.

Per the instructions in the READ & RUN ME stick, you must complete all steps and then attach ALL of the rquested logs. Steps must be completed in the order written. Logs obtained in the wrong order are not as useful.

You must make sure you complete all steps in the order written and attach the below:

CounterSpy - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users

AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy. - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users

Bitdefender - from step 6

Panda Scan - from step 6

runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat

newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat

HijackThis

NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!
