I would really love ur help

i recently upgraded to windows xp pro instead of home and now i have reinstalled the ddrivers and everyhthing again on to my computer however i cant play games that require a disk such as command and conquer or battle feild i have a

(laptop)
amilo a series 1630
1028 mb
80 gb
amd athlon 67+ prcessor
128mb ati redeon 9700 graphics card
realtek sound card

however i have 3 games installed bf2 bf2 expansion and c&c gand i cant play any of them ??? why is this the all installed correctly but wen i click to play screens goes black as usual then it just goes back to desktop

and another thing my internet is really fast and so is opening programs but if i try to drag a window on screen it jerks.........

 

hmmm...Your laptop looks good..don't know why it is doing this. Depending on your games, is it possible to go to their main folder and look under easy support. Sometimes a screen pops up with all the specifications for the game and will have checkmarks or x's. Just an idea..I know this works with NBA Live 2006.

i might have setup my drivers wrong i dont kno im really new to computers ...

 

just a thought did you reinstall vid drivers after installing pro......

 

hmm i do not kno ... i think i did ..however i do not have the disc with the drivers on it is ay my dads house (far away) is there any way i can check if i have themand get them if i do not hev em

 

go to the makers website and they should be there for you to download

ello again all this is good and well but now i tried installing my radeon ati 9700 drivers and it says i should have a standard vga driver installed before running the setup could anyone help please ...im such a nusence
