One of your staff redirected me here,I did read the READ & RUN ME FIRST,but since I can't even boot into windows(neither normal mode nor safe mode),I don't know what I could do,there was some error message, but it went to reboot soon after,so I can't copy it down quick enough

I managed to copy down the error message,it's as follows:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again follow these steps:
Chrck for viruses on your computer.Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers.Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated.Run chkdsk /f to check for hard drive corruption and then restart your computer

I am afraid we cannot help you in the malware forum. You will need to be able to boot to a stable system before we can do any malware removal. I suggest that you continue with your issue in the software forum.
