IBM - 8315-KHU - NIC management

SYSTEM: IBM 8315-KHU running Windows XP

Made an error.
Went into my control Panel
Switched to category view
Switched to classic view
Clicked on System
Went into the Hardware tab
Clicked on Device Manager
Right under my Network Adaptpers
...Intel PRO/100 VE Network Connection
...Wireles USB Card Model 0801
There was an Other devices tab.. under that was a NIC management program.
Went to update those but instead I DELETED IT.
Now my Network connection doesn't work.
On the IBM web page there is a list of 'drivers' to download.. i am not sure which one (if any is correct)... not sure what this NIC management program was..
Any help would be greatly appreciated..
