   When I start up my Laptop it goes to a screen that asks for the appropriate method to start up, ex. Safe Mode, run windows normally, etc. Any choice I make it will start loading and then stop and do nothing. Its an I.B.M Thinkpad from around 99 2000. Much appreciated
