ICKISYSGUARD.exe

    Hello
    My husband picked up a trojan that opened a web page with a ghost like face on it and a scan began running say the system was infected. It prevented applications from loading or task manager from opening. I rebooted into safe mode and ran MalwareBytes, which removed 3 infections. Rebooted and ran CCleaner, found the ICKISYSGUARD.exe in the startup and deleted it. Ran a search looking for the file and found it remains as ICKISYSGUARD.EXE-007A0BC6.pf in C:\windows\prefetch. What do I do now to ensure the machine is clean.
